Hello and welcome!
My name is Jayla and I am just a teenage girl that wants to share her passion of writing in a creative way. I started Flippin The Story blog as a way to further enhance my writing abilities and to connect with my future career in journalism. I thought this would be a great way to dip my toes into sharing my written work publicly. I write book reviews specifically on young adult, romance, thriller, and fantasy books which can be found under the blog - book review tab. I also have a tab specifically dedicated to my creative writing which include poems and short stories. Lastly, there is a tab for essays/ articles that I have written in my literature courses or that I have written on my own.
